These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of 047 Aurum Sync (“Aurum Sync”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By registering for, accessing or using Aurum Sync, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements relating to trading and financial services in your jurisdiction.
Access to Aurum Sync is subject to eligibility and verification. Where access requires a qualifying broker relationship, your broker profile and/or trading account must be successfully verified before Sync access is activated.
Having an account with a supported broker does not automatically guarantee access to Aurum Sync.
2. Nature of the Service
Aurum Sync provides access to technology that enables trades from a designated master or lead trading strategy to be synchronised with approved client trading accounts.
Aurum Sync does not accept deposits, hold client trading funds or process withdrawals. Client funds remain with the client's selected broker at all times.
Trade synchronisation may be provided using independent third-party trading, hosting, cloud or copy-trading infrastructure. Aurum Sync may change, replace or update infrastructure providers where reasonably necessary.
3. Trading Account Control
You remain the owner and controller of your trading account. You are responsible for your deposits, withdrawals, available margin and account settings.
Where available, you are responsible for selecting your own Sync risk settings, lot multiplier, allocation or other account-level parameters.
By activating Sync, you authorise the connected trade-synchronisation infrastructure to place, modify and close trades on your linked trading account in accordance with your selected settings and the corresponding master or lead trading activity.
4. Trading Risk
Trading leveraged products, including CFDs, foreign exchange and precious metals, involves substantial financial risk.
You may lose some or all of the capital allocated to your trading account. No profit, return, trading result or level of performance is guaranteed.
Past performance, historical results, demonstrations, screenshots, backtests or previous trading results are not guarantees of future performance.
You must read the separate Risk Disclosure before activating Sync.
5. Execution Differences
Trades synchronised to your account may not execute at exactly the same price, time or volume as trades on the master or lead account.
Differences may occur because of spreads, slippage, market volatility, latency, broker execution, account balance, leverage, margin availability, symbol specifications, connectivity or other technical and market conditions.
A trade may also fail to synchronise, execute partially, execute at a different price or close differently from the corresponding master or lead trade.
6. Third-Party Services
Aurum Sync relies on third-party services which may include supported brokers, MetaTrader infrastructure, cloud services, hosting providers and trade-synchronisation technology providers.
Aurum Sync does not control the availability, execution quality, server uptime or operational performance of independent third parties.
Service interruptions, maintenance, broker outages, internet failures or third-party technical issues may temporarily affect the availability or performance of the service.
7. Broker Relationships
Aurum Sync is an independently branded service and is not operated, owned, sponsored or endorsed by any supported broker.
References to supported brokers are made only where reasonably necessary to explain compatibility, eligibility, registration, verification or onboarding requirements.
Aurum Sync may participate in referral, affiliate or Partner programmes offered by supported brokers and may receive remuneration arising from qualifying activity of referred clients.
Any such relationship does not change the client's ownership or control of their broker account and does not mean that a broker operates or endorses Aurum Sync.
8. Access and Verification
You must provide accurate information when registering and when submitting broker information for verification.
Different supported brokers may use different client identifiers or account references. You are responsible for providing the identifier requested for your selected broker.
We may approve, reject, suspend or request additional information where reasonably necessary to determine eligibility or protect the service.
Providing false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised account information may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
9. Free Access
Aurum Sync may provide Sync access to qualifying clients without charging a monthly subscription or requiring an upfront payment to Aurum Sync.
Brokers or independent third-party providers may apply their own fees, spreads, commissions, financing charges or other costs in accordance with their respective terms.
Free Aurum Sync access does not create a permanent entitlement to the service. Eligibility criteria, supported brokers, features or access conditions may change from time to time.
10. Prohibited Redistribution
Aurum Sync access is provided for your personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You may not sell, redistribute, rebroadcast, commercially copy, sublicense or provide Aurum Sync trading activity, trade signals or synchronised trades to other persons without prior written permission.
This includes using an account receiving Aurum Sync trades as a master, lead or source account for the commercial redistribution of those trades through another copy-trading or trade-synchronisation service.
11. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Aurum Sync login information.
Where trading-account credentials are required by an independent third-party Sync provider, those credentials should be submitted only through the applicable authorised third-party platform.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your Aurum Sync account has been accessed without authorisation.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where a user no longer satisfies eligibility requirements, breaches these Terms, provides false information, misuses the platform, compromises security or engages in conduct that may harm Aurum Sync or other users.
You may stop using Aurum Sync at any time.
Pausing, stopping or disabling Sync may not automatically close positions that are already open. Clients must review their trading account and applicable Sync settings when changing or disabling synchronisation.
13. Intellectual Property
The Aurum Sync name, branding, logos, website design, platform materials, documentation and proprietary content remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Aurum Sync intellectual property to a client.
14. Privacy
Aurum Sync may collect information required to operate and secure the platform, including registration information, contact details, selected broker, broker client identifiers, trading-account identifiers and verification status.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
15. Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Aurum Sync.
We may update, modify, restrict or discontinue features or supported brokers where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, infrastructure, operational or business reasons.
Material changes to these Terms may be communicated through the platform or other reasonable channels.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurum Sync will not be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising solely from use of the platform, market movements, client-selected settings, third-party infrastructure failure, broker execution or circumstances outside Aurum Sync's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory laws or regulatory requirements that may apply.
18. Acceptance
By creating an Aurum Sync account, submitting information for verification, activating Sync or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer.
